Prototyping a Story-Telling Website

This prototype website is the result of a group of six and myself working on the content and the logistics of how we would showcase the historical side of Toledo’s African-American cornerstone - Dorr Street - as well as modern stories that show that racism still persists.

By having our group members reach out to friends that had experienced racism, we could collect stories that showed examples of the four levels of racism.

My role was originally to focused on the video portion of this project, but when we found that that wasn’t needed until the website was complete, I started working on making sure that our interactive story-telling website was actually interactive. Making sure all the frames worked and there were no dead ends where the viewer couldn’t progress was my task.
